I paid extra for the upgraded "cut" the work very smoothly the first time. No jiggling like some cut keys.

KeyMe process is simple. Only think I would say to improve it is that KeyMe have Menards move the setup from being buried in the back of the store to maybe the front. Not much to look at while you are waiting for 4 keys to be made.

The Team at KeyMe was excellent in working with me on a key that DOES WORK, but is a bit sticky. They completely honored their satisfaction guarantee and refunded my money without me even asking! Great Team with a great guarantee that they instantly honored!! Only reason for 4 stars was the sticky key. Once they dial that in, it will be 5 stars all day long!

The kiosk worked well as my key was copied correctly and the machine was easy to use. My key arrived quickly and I immediately took it to my truck and tested it in the door and the ignition and both worked well.
I would use them again.

Their key machine did not have the key that I needed to make a copy, but they were able to image my key and reproduce it off sight and Mail it to me. The key works as good as the original one did this saved a padlock and I am very happy with this service.
