(January 27, 2023, 11:00 am)I have nothing but great things to say. I have a 5 month old great dane who was dealing with something in his eye, I went a day thinking it was probably brush or a hair since he's a puppy and always into everything being by the lake. The next morning comes and his eye is shut, swollen, bright red to the white part and from what I could, see in on of the eyelids, looked almost like mulch was trapped. He was whiney, pawing at it and irritated in general. I put some eye drops in my normal fort wayne vet ok'd and they could not get him in that day and sain my pup needed to seek emergency care, I took him to the closest place...Pokagon Vet Hospital, though the desk staff said they were not accepting new patients and weren't emergency, it did not stop them from tending to my big babies eye issue. The vet was super kind, very informative, all the staff were amazing. I could not believe the sweet and caring staff all around. Thank you Pokagon for working us in and taking care of my oversize baby!!!
(November 13, 2022, 8:58 pm)Very caring, wonderful staff & veterinarian! They got my Chief in 1st thing the next morning when we had an emergency. He was in awful mysterious jaw pain. Poor guy was in a state! It was a rare chewing muscle injury they diagnosed & treated right away. His pain receded quickly & is now all better! Thank you!!
(October 25, 2022, 12:02 pm)Very nice and polite people. It Is always nice to see a vet seem like the really do care for your pet. Took care of Cappi and she is home resting comfortably.
(October 3, 2022, 9:05 am)Helpful staff, caring and educated. Never felt as taken care if at any other vet and I have been to 6 different ones with all my family dogs. They are my dad's vet but when I visit, I am considered just as important as a local client and I feel confident my dog is in good care.
