  Hilton honors member. Gold status..... Digital key, I don't have to talk to anyone at the front desk. I can pick the room I want from the app. Great shower ???? great bed ????

  Stayed here two nights while working in Chicago. This place is exceptional! The price was amazing, the fire pit and jacuzzi were great and the rooms were very comfortable. I love the at home feeling. I will stay here any time I'm nearby in the future.

  Stayed here after a family emergency forced us out of our home. Everyone who works here was very helpful and understanding. The rooms are very nice; we had a dishwasher and full sized fridge in both rooms. The rest of the facilities are also very nice, and everything is kept very clean - right down to the elevators. Seriously, cleanest and nicest smelling elevators I've ever been in. The breakfast was great and there were a lot more options, including healthier options, than other hotels have. (And of course it is free.) There is also always fresh coffee in the lobby. I'd go down there at 11 at night and it was still fresh and full. I definitely recommend this hotel. And everyone working there deserves a raise!

  The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would expect from an "extended-stay" hotel. I slept well because the bed itself was very comfortable (firm, but not overly so). I cannot speak about the pool, exercise room, or breakfast, because I did not use any of them; although they did seem to be up to be exceptionally clean and taken care of. The property did have various areas to relax outside if the room with two different patios (one off the lobby and one off the pool) as well as the spacious lobby. Bottom line: I would stay here again and I would recommend this place to others.
