Luke answered my urgent call for a backed up sewer problem early , he fixed it and gave me my options needed for the best results! He was friendly, helpful and just a great guy! This is a great company and I would highly suggest using them for all the needs they are experts in! Thank you Luke and Thank you Petermans!!
(January 24, 2020, 3:12 pm)Just as expected, I got a call in advance of the technician heading to my house. He arrived when he said he would and promptly proceeded to address all of my needs and concerns. I appreciate that he explained what he was doing, and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask any question that I had.
He was courteous and took care throughout his visit.
(January 16, 2020, 4:54 pm)We couldn't be more happy with these guys! We had called a local company and they never showed up or called. My Mom called Peterman and they are amazing! They called several times to update us and Luke came out and he was just amazing! He fixed our drain in no time at all. Thank you Luke and the ladies in the office for helping my Mom and being so kind and helpful! I definitely recommend these guys!
(January 9, 2020, 12:21 pm)Technicians Austin Cooper and Joshua Purcell arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the situation, and presented me with an estimate. They further offered that it would not take long and had all of the parts/equipment with them if I wanted them to perform the work at that time. That was a great benefit as I don't have to reschedule and arrange for a second appointment, plus I am a big fan of getting things done quick, fast, and in a hurry. They performed the work I needed, tested, and made sure I was happy with the result. Both technicians were pleasant, knowledgeable, and I highly recommend them. I had them leave a business card for future services. Thanks!
