Bought phones and numbers over. It took forever. But to b fiar i think system was messing up that day. But cinda that works here spent hours and i mean hours working on it talking to customer service on phone and everything else she could think of to get everything working. She was 100% amazing. If you need new service r help go see her. She will take amazing care of you and make sure your treated right.

The Girls That helped me Were absolutely the BEST! I apologize for not remembering both of their names Jennifer was 1 but both went above and beyond to help me and make absolutely sure My phone's I purchased we're ready for action!!! These Girl's we're the Best example of customer service I have EVER seen!!!!! I Sure Hope Metro PCS Appreciate's them both! Thank You Ladies!!!!!
