“I LOVE everything about Metamorphic. The women, the trainers, the classes, the space and equipment. The progress Ive made, the motivation I receive and the interaction I have with the other women there really adds a lot to my life. It makes working out and being healthy so fun! We interact and encourage one another daily through social media and classes. Sandy is my personal trainer and she is truly awesome. Again, she makes it fun and really takes into account what I personally need to succeed. The other trainers, Abby and Stephanie are great as well.
