(October 10, 2020, 4:48 pm)The five members of our wild kingdom all love our Banfield. Everyone is always so friendly and I can tell they care about their wellbeing. The doctors are great and trustworthy. The optimal wellness plan is the way to go - I recommend it to all of the people who ask me where I take my babies!
(September 25, 2020, 4:34 pm)I love Banfield!. Have had very positive experiences with all of the vets/staff except for one.
That vet suggested that it wasn't too early to think about putting my 10 year old dog down even though she didn't have a diagnosis. When I spoke to the front desk about my concerns, they made a note to my file that they will not schedule appointments for my pets with that particular vet.
Dr. Froelich in particular is fantastic and deserves a 5 star rating!
I have been very pleased with the care that my animals have received and think their Wellness plans are exceptional. They offer flexible hours/pick up/drop off. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your pet care needs.
(July 25, 2020, 4:14 pm)We’ve been taking our two long hair chihuahuas here for the last two years. Everyone who works here is so capable and caring. We see Dr. Froelich for all our visits. She’s been such a wealth of knowledge, and is always so kind— taking plenty of time to explain things, answer questions, and our dogs love her. She’s great with both pets and their people! We’re also huge fans of all the vet techs and receptionists- we always know are boys are going to get great treatment and attention. Everyone has always taken phenomenal care of our pups and we’re so thankful to have such a wonderful team ensuring they stay healthy for many, many years to come.
