I am routinely requesting COI's for my food truck events and they respond quickly! A few times, I've had to email on weekends when they are closed and request last minute certificates, and Chuck goes out of his way to make sure that I receive the COIs that I need to keep my business operating smoothly. I would definitely recommend Chuck and his team!
