“We were in a tough spot. My daughter is a student at Purdue and is also in the Air Force National Guard. She needs her car to drive between West Lafayette and Fort Wayne once a month. I drove her car on a Sunday and discovered a loud noise and vibration coming from the front. She was going to need the car on Friday to drive to Fort Wayne and report to duty. I contacted a friend from the Lafayette area and he referred me to Prime. Chad at prime assured me that they would take care of us in time for her to get the car and make it to Fort Wayne on Friday afternoon. Chad did exactly that. When the car needed additional parts beyond what was originally believed, he contacted me and came up with the way to minimize cost. The guys did an awesome job and took very good care of us considering we were a first-time customer and not even from the area. While my daughter is in school at Purdue we will consistently use these folks to help her with her car. We thank them very much.”
