Josh Responded same day, identified the entry area in the attic, went on the roof himself and found a couple of roofing nails that were too close to the valley of the roof line that was allowing the water in. He sealed the nails and I have not had and issue since! Josh didn't even charge me, just asked that we keep him in mind when the need arises! Personable and trustworthy, great customer service!
