“You can’t miss when you deal with Jeremy Wheeler, manager of Water Heater Express. I couldn’t believe how fast he came to our condo to take care of our leaky water heater. Unbelieveably old, the antique water heater and the jigsaw puzzle of pipes going here and there didn’t throw Jeremy. When he finished installing a new heater and solving the piping jigsaw puzzle, he diagnosed another water piping problem just outside the garage door. He explained in everyday, normal English exactly what he would do to repair it. Also, he gave an estimate and an idea of how fast he could get to it. Jeremy impressed us so with his “no baloney” way of dealing with a customer that we called him again the next day to take care of a toilet that was leaking all over the floor. He quickly diagnosed the problem, hoisted the toilet to the side and installed two wax collars over the hole in the floor. Jeremy’s pros: * Fast service * Polite * Integrity * Explains clearly * Cleans up after work is completed * No mess for you to pick up * Honest * Gives the customer a feeling of confidence in his work Thank you, Jeremy.
