My Personal Puzzle

We ordered the 1000 piece puzzle as a wedding present for my sister. Our expectations in ordering from My Personal Puzzle was that the puzzle would be unique and high quality (plus we love supporting local businesses).

Unfortunately we were disappointed by the quality of the pieces. Some pieces were smushed, skinny pieces had broken in half, and in general the pieces where not cut out cleanly. This resulted in sore fingers trying to clean up all the pieces and superglue to fix other issues.

I contacted My Personal Puzzle to see what they thought of the puzzle we received and they sent us a new one! The new puzzle was much improved, though some of the skinny pieces still showed signs of breaking. Overall, everything was cut more cleanly and in better shape.

Also worth noting is the nice box the puzzle arrives in. It has a matte finish and looks high quality. The puzzle pieces themselves are decently thick and the surface is matte and textured... reminds me of a canvas texture.

#1 feature would be the unique puzzle piece shapes. We really enjoyed that. Kudos to My Personal Puzzle for not only sending another puzzle for free (sans the box), but also for showing the first puzzle we received is not on par with their quality standards.
