Everytime I've been in, someone has always approached me and asked how they could help and then walked with me to make sure I found it and it was what I wanted. Today when I was there, I made an impulse Carhartt purchase for my new grandson (#PoppaPerogative 😎) however it was the wrong size. So I called back and the guy that rang me out answered. He remembered my purchase, looked up the SKU and has the correct size waiting for me to go back in tomorrow. That's the kind of service that builds goodwill and customer loyalty.”

Be aware that they don't have the staff to stay open 24 hours a day anymore, and rarely will be closed all day if there's no one avaliable to be there at all.
