Prompt service, professional, repaired well. Had a leaking sink and faucet, the repairman fixed it great all in one day. Very pleased with Jones.

We had a fitting leaking under our shower. There was no room to work and looked impossible. I called Jones and they had Casey out to fix it a few hours later. He was very professional and did a great job. I'd would definitely use them again.

I woke up this morning and my heat wasn't working. I called the office at 6:30 a.m., expecting to leave a message. To my surprise, Mike was already in the office and answering phones. I had an emergency and he was so polite and helpful! With -1degree temps outside and a wind-chill of -11, it was just as important to him that I have heat! A technician was here within an hour and a half and had my heat working in an hour! The technician was very helpful, kind, educational, and fast. This is not the first time I have had an emergency and called Jones Contracting. This is the third time they have made me feel like I am part of their family and make sure they are here immediately to keep us warm and safe! I am truly grateful to have such a wonderful business in our community! I can never thank every one of the team members at Jones enough!! Though Mike at Jones Contracting didn't expect to be able to get to a crew to our house for several days at the earliest (ours was not an emergency), they were able to work us into their schedule the day after we called. The techs were friendly and knowledgable. Not only that, the cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend them.
