I appreciate the personal attention they give to customers. We bought a stove, refrigerator, and microwave from them and had such a positive experience, I went back and bought a kitchen floor. The floor installer, Bobby and his assistant from the Floor Guy, were prompt, professional, neat, and took pride in doing a good job.

I have dealt with this store for 40 years and have never had a bad experience. It is family owned and operated and they go out of their way
to help with your needs. My husband was recently hospitalized for three
weeks and my washer and dryer went out. Janice sold me the demo off
the floor and had the delivery guys set it up the next day. Not to many places would have done that. I have had an appliance need a repair and the
owners would have the part or order the part and have the repairmen have it fixed in a couple of days if I could not do it myself. I just love this
store.
