A woman was struggling holding clothes & a staff member came up immediately to offer a shopping cart. Tip when taking clothes to sell, keep the seasons in mind & do it with an open mind. I personally am happy to get any dollar amount for my clothes. I mentioned just donating what they didn’t take & the employee let me know they can donate what they don’t take to non-profits if I’m interested, which is awesome! I was so glad she told me that. I’ll do that every time now. They have a points system for rewards. This location is BIG, so many great finds for great prices! Love this store came to Richmond & the whole idea of consignment & secondhand clothing; just awesome!”

“We just purchased a 2020 used Camry from Travis Power . I called in at 10 am this morning and he was wonderful over the phone then sent me a video . Of the car.I explained we would be driving 2 hours. We worked out all the numbers before leaving.He had the car pulled up and detailed full of gas waiting up front when we got there. “Bought a weightlifting belt as a gift. Showed up in good condition but the belt ended up being a size too small for who I was giving it to. I got in contact with their returns and my whole experience with their customer service was prompt and respectful. I was able to work out an exchange and get a replacement belt back within a week. The replacement belt has so far after a few weeks of use been of good quality worked perfectly. Overall my experience was very positive and I would recommend the company to others.
