I took my vehicle and dropped it off with a transmission issue. They diagnosed the problem, then called me with a solution. I told them to fix it (transmissions are expensive yet cheaper than vehicle replacement). They then repaired it and stored it on their lot until I was able to pick it up a week later. I've since picked it up, road tested it and am pleased with the work/service that has been done. Hopefully I'll never need this type of vehicle service again. If I do Expert Transmission is the business whom will do the work. Thank you to all of you for the work done and positive communication.
