When I asked them if they can give us a week or two on payment because it would really help us out due to being low on funds... They gave me a couple weeks on paying the bill and it was our first time doing business. They were so kind, professional and the entire transaction was smooth! They worked directly with my insurance company and cut me out of the middle. The rental car company staged my rental at Loren's, which was a game-changer for me. I didn't have the hassle of finding a ride to get the rental. It was at Loren's and they had it started and warming up, while I completed the paperwork to drop off my car. They made everything so easy and very convenient. “I went to Walmart tire and auto center to get tires for a friend of mine who we needed him badly. I purchased 2 tires not a pretty good rate. The remaining balance installed and I was pretty satisfied at the time. I plan to purchase two more tires in the following weeks for her. But when the time came to purchase them I sent her to complete the process and somehow instead of Mount balance and install the tire they just Mount balance a tire on the rim in charge of the full price and everything else. Which was completely unsatisfactory with me. I felt like they took advantage of a situation and charge me full price for everything even though they did partial labor on you know their services. In the future I will be more cautious when sending people there to get their Automotive work done.”
