  We found our new weekend getaway spot! We are so lucky to be able to book a last minute trip here, Bonnie was so great to accommodate us. I truly felt like I was a weekend away at my own family’s home. Room was really nice, spacious and clean! Lake was steps away with a cute little beached in area for all to hang out. So tranquil and calm place to be, we can’t wait to return. Bonnie and Mike are the best host, you will not be disappointed in your visit.

  My daughter had her wedding here and it was wonderful! We want to go back and spend some time without the wedding stress. Highly recommend!

  Bonnie & Mike have created a welcoming paradise on Lake Shafer. Their concept of a B&B is creative and unique. The rooms are impeccably clean & cozy. Bonnie's breakfasts are phenomenal! I plan to stay whenever I am in the area. Thank you for the wonderful visit!

  I came to Lighthouse Lodge all the way from South Texas, and I will say I have never experienced such great hospitality before! The food was served as if mom was making it at home and we all got sit with each other and eat together in this awesome dining room they have! Thank you Mike and Bonnie for everything and the best sleep we got throughout our whole trip!
