Very professional. Extremely nice.
We use Mon Tech for Calibration on all Our Lab equipment. We recently purchased a new Rheometer from them. The support from Spencer up front was incredible! He walked me through everything I needed to know and look for. When we received the equipment, it was installed and trained on by Joe their Technician. The training was outstanding. He took the time to make sure we all understood what we needed to use the machine effectively. I could not be happier with the experts at Mon Tech!! I would recommend them to everyone. If you need any equipment in the rubber world, these Guys will take the best care of you and your Company. The best part of all of this was the price, the service and the fact that once you buy from them, they never leave you. They always help to correct any issue as you grow. By far the best Company I have ever dealt with in the Lab equipment world.
Best Rubber Testing machines in the market. We have tried different suppliers and finally ended up changing all our lab machines to MonTech devices. Good machines and excellent service, calibrations and support. Highly recommended!
