“I love this bank because all the tellers learn your name and call you by name when you come in for your banking needs. This is also great so you don't have to show your drivers license every time you wish to make a deposit or withdraw from your accounts but also gives me the peace of mind that someone can not steal my purse and just walk in and with draw all the funds from my account!! All the employees at this location are always so nice very helpful with any questions my family have about different banking needs and they don't act like pushy sales people to push into something you don't need so they meet their quotas for new accounts! I cannot say the same thing for other locations the only consistency I see across this bank name is the drivers license when doing any banking! ”

Personal loans, bankers and cashiers checks. They always seem to be changing management and and staff around but honestly its never really bothered me all that much. I would suggest them to anyone.”

“Since day 1 the staff has been warm and welcoming. I hit it off with one employee (Natasha is awesome) right away as we bonded over our love of rescue dogs. I ran into a rough patch recently and racked up some overdraft fees. In a panic, I called Natasha and she helped me sort it out. She credited me back a few ATM fees (Free ATM doesn't always mean free! You can still get charged through PNC for using an ATM that isn't theirs) but she told me they have no problem getting rid of them as long as I notify her that ive got them. I love this bank, everyone is so friendly...including the branch manager. I wish I had more hands so I could give them more thumbs up!”
