“Same problem as others, trying to open a new account for my Granddaughter, joint account. The reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is because of one employee, Julia, Sales and Service Associate. I had two things in mind, the first was closing out my current accounts and taking my money somewhere else. The second was getting the new account opened. One of those things were going to happen that morning, 4th attempt. If it wasn't for Julia I would be banking somewhere else, hang on to her. The reason I'm not giving a 5 star is the bank itself, it's a busy branch, hire some more employees. Maybe at least someone who works Tues - Sat so you have more Sales Associates on Saturdays and through most of the week. Someone just like Julia. Good job young lady!”

(Unfortunately I do not bank here so I couldn't tell you about that part. ) Then, customer service was very good. The ladies inside were quick to help us and very friendly and accommodating. The lady who notarized the papers for us was very professional and was not nosy about our documents but just that the information was correct. Best of all, they notarized all of our documents for us for free as they do not charge for these services here!”

“I use the Kendaville branch and the staff is absolutely wonderful they are always so kind and smiling and if they don’t have the answer they will find it for you! The only problem I have with the bank is they are a small bank so there are only three ATMs that are even remotely close to my area. Lake City charges a three dollar fee for using any other ATM plus whatever fees that ATM charges even if a Lake City Bank ATM is out of service. Those fees add up! If they could provide more ATMs maybe one in each town nearby or waive that fee It would be 5 stars!”
