“I called with an issue regarding my stolen card and cash. A nice and very resourceful woman named Lauren answered and guided me to the location on US-31. When I arrived, a man named Agim asked me about the situation. I told Agim that the cash I was going to use for my upcoming bills was stolen along with credit card. The cash I had stolen was going to be deposited to pay my bills, but since it was stolen I had no cash to pay my bills; thus, putting myself into the negative and charged with 2 overdraft fees. Agim not only printed off a new card, and helped change my pin, but he also refunded the $70 overdrafts and that made my life and day much better. Thank you so much PNC team & staff.
