“Your typical department store with a wide selection of everything from casual to formal. There is a decent selection of kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom items along with shoes. You will quickly find that everything is almost always "On sale" and that you almost have to choose between sacrificing a child or signing up for a credit card when you check out. That push gets annoying. Overall a decent place though.”

Super disappointed they no longer have the food court but at least the do still offer that great cheese at the deli and a pack of frozen pretzels is only a few bucks! They get a ton of traffic but it always seem like they are trying their best to clean up behind said traffic. Good job for a store that size! They are always offering great coupons on their app too!”

“It took a while to get some help from an associate. We were there looking to purchase new phones and plans. After about 20 minutes of us looking around on our own trying to understand what the different phone companies were trying to sell, a woman came out from the back and helped us. This was nice because phones weren't her specialty. Another associate told us that the usual phone guy is a third party that makes his own hours. He's not an associate of Walmart. We ended up getting two new LG phones and the first month of service for just over $200. Our monthly service is going to be $85 for the two lines. This is a drastic cut back from what we were paying with Sprint. In conclusion, I would recommend Walmart for the purchase of phones if you're on a budget. The price seems to be better than some of the big cellular companies. However, if you actually need to talk to someone, or need help from an associate to purchase your phone and monthly plan, I wouldn't recommend Walmart. Even though we didn't talk to their usual phone guy, he is a third party associate. So I'm assuming he makes his wages on commission. So be careful of up selling, and make sure you're getting what you ask for. Good luck ????”

“Store 3435 The Co-manager Matthew was passing near A21 and I needed assistance. Without hesitating he assisted with several different things I was looking for in different sections of the store. He guided me to the different areas. He was creative in helping me solve my cold weather needs as I prepare to stay safe in sub zero weather gripping Indiana. The particular face cover I wanted they were out of. BUT he advised how to buy a hat and modify it to make a face cover to keep warm. This idea was very helpful. Thanks so much for being so professional. My hands were full and I asked if they had any small baskets nearby. Without hesitation, Matthew went to get a basket. This was just in time, as i was about to drop two items. I even ended up selecting and purchasing several other items due to this Outstanding Customer Service. This was one of the most Courteous and Professional Employees I have ever met at a Walmart. Keep up the great work.”
