“Sweetwater is the best at old fashioned customer service. I've been trading with Sweetwater for almost 10 years now. Their selection is unmatched and their prices are competitive. Their sales engineering staff is knowledgeable and courteous and will "bend over backwards" to keep you happy. I have received musical equipment that wasn't quite up to what I was expecting and they never failed to "make it right". The only reason I wouldn't buy from them is they just don't carry what I'm looking for. They won't leave you hanging if you have problems after the sale - their technical staff will do everything necessary to get you up and running or come up with a working solution - including trading to a different piece of equipment. In my opinion, this is the business model every retailer should be using. In fact, if I lived in Ft. Wayne, I would put in an employment application so I could be part of their community! Kudos, Sweetwater!”
