I travel 20miles to visit this location versus my hometown Walmart that is 3 miles from my home. Management should be commended and upper management of Walmart should use this location as a model for other locations.”

“I have never bought a guitar on line before. I was especially wary of spending as much as the used Martin M-36 that Greenfield Music Center had listed on their website. I made contact with Tony who described the guitar, plus offered a 10 day no questions asked return. I took a chance, gave them my credit card number and hoped for the best. Two days later my new/used guitar arrived. It was everything Tony had described plus some. It is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Greenfield Music Center to anyone who may read this review. I wish everyone was as honest and straight forward as them. “The best Verizon store I've ever been to. They all are so helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. I asked a lot of questions even though I had done a lot of research ahead of time. There were things that I could not find the answers to online about the phones I was looking at. They were able to answer all my questions and help me come to my decision easily. They are not pushy, and take time with their customers to make sure they feel comfortable in their decisions. They even found a discount I was eligible for that I didn't know about. I have been with Verizon for many years. I plan on staying the course with Verizon and with this store.”

I had to get on the phone and figure out a few Financial options we had before choosing and she was more than patient and helpful. Melonie not only helped me with the kids while on the phone, but she did everything possible to make it a quick and easy process and it was just that. The delivery guys were also amazing and all the staff in the store that day. I love Sears and will always shop there first because their service is untouchable, prices and quality too.
