Apple support told me I needed a new battery for my iphone, but after they wouldn't tell me how much that would cost and them insisting that I could "see for myself" that I needed a new battery using a feature my phone doesn't even have, it seemed sketchy and like they didn't know what they were talking about. Luckily I found this place! They confirmed in a few minutes that it was the battery and were able to replace it within two hours on the same day, for, as it turns out, half the price of what Apple would have charged (and no extra installation fee). Super disappointed they no longer have the food court but at least the do still offer that great cheese at the deli and a pack of frozen pretzels is only a few bucks! They get a ton of traffic but it always seem like they are trying their best to clean up behind said traffic. Good job for a store that size! They are always offering great coupons on their app too!”
