They are more than willing to help you out any way possible, from letting you take an animal home with full trust in you to make payments when you can or to do a consignment with them and they focus on getting you paid first! You can really tell that they truly love their animals and what they do! And their volunteers are awesome too, I interacted with Lexi and Nick and they were very mature, respectful, outgoing, caring to the snakes that I brought in, and show alot of respect towards Jeremy and his wife. You all do an outstanding job, keep up the great work! If you haven't checked out their store yet I strongly encourage you to do so, you won't regret it!!! I guarantee you will leave with a new addition to the family!!????”

“This is one of my favorite pet stores if you have a dog or cat this is the place to go have a good variety of foods and treats and the nice thing a lot of them are very good for your pet. Some of the treats are a little out of the box but from our experience with our dog he loves them. The groomers are also super friendly and look to really take care of your pet. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I have nothing but good things to say about this company! I have an auto shipment set up for raw turkey necks and the shipping is always fast and everything is still frozen when it arrives. One time I guess there was a little confusion and they called me to make sure I wanted the next shipment to be sent instead of just charging my card; other big companies wouldn’t have taken the time to double check. I recently moved and the first shipment I got at our new house had a little extra bag of treats for my dogs. It meant a lot and made me smile to see that they appreciate my business! “I LOVE this place! They have beautiful animals. I fell in love with this ball python that was so incredible tame. Sadly I came there with no intention of buying an animal. All animals were very well taken care of and the staff was so nice and knowledgeable. I can tell they care about ever single animal they take in there. They are not like a normal pet store where they throw a lizard in some sand and call it a day. They genuinely care and we’re willing to answer every single question. I can’t wait to go back here! And I recommend this store to anyone interested in reptiles.”

“This is the place to go for all of your pet's needs. They have a great selection to choose from. They even have some homemade treats up by the registers for dogs. Sign up for the rewards program and receive discounts on many items on a weekly basis. They sometimes they have kittens for sale there, so it's kind of like a little bonus to play with the kittens while you're picking up supplies for your pet at home. I almost come home with a kitten every time I see them there. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats and can only get by with the one cat that we have! Don't worry, someone will buy the kittens!”
