I want the whole world to know that the care she receives is the greatest! It started with the welcoming of Shirley, and has just continued with the nurses and staff. Michelle and Paige have been outstanding to my Mother. There are just not enough words to express my/our appreciation. My Mother's life has been enriched due to workers at Colonial. This year has been so terrible and hard for everyone.But because we can not get in to hug and kiss and be with Mother, this has been just like a bad dream up can't wake up from. Because of so many caring, loving and kind people at Colonial, we have felt confident our Mother is being well cared for. The staff of Colonial are truly a family, and they treat the residents and their families in the same way. I have never seen a facility where all the staff join in and help the residents with their needs. That includes all administrative positions. It just does not get any better than that. My Mother in Law loved the color purple so she worked in some purple flowers and ribbon with the roses we ordered and it turned out so beautiful!
