“I originally went to the Shoppe in Leesburg but was directed to the new shoppe closer to home in Warsaw. In doing so, everything was still able to transfer over with ease. Nicole knows what she is doing and -very well I might add. Being that it is just her at the new location, she does great. Yes at times I have to go a few hours without a response but I get one within 48 hours at the very latest... it's insurance after all, I don't think my questions about my policy whereas if someone else has an emergency due to a car accident or something...so i get that sometimes things take a little bit. I work in my own small business and understand the stress and pressure of being a one woman show! I look for reviews to recommend people to places to eat, see, and do business. I have yet to have an issue with Nicole, as does my husband. The Wysong family treats you like family.”
