I had a claim on my car recently and they were very quick to respond and get the claim submitted and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!

(May 10, 2019, 8:19 pm)Laura boell was my insurance rep today and she was very kind and helpful. She Went out of her way to answer my questions and explain to me what was I didnt understand. I have always liked American family insurance but Laura was beyond nice she was excellent (5 out of 5 stars)in her customer service skills. I would recommend this company to anyone for ALL your insurance needs, life car home renters health etc.
