Scott and the funeral home were wonderful when my dad died. They did everything down to the last detail, and there were so many details that they thought of that we never would have They were always there when needed but never intrusive. There is so much to remember to do all while trying to grieve. Scott Erickson at Loess Hills allowed us to focus on our family and process the loss of our beloved family member. He took care of everything! He was organized and very knowledgeable. He answered every phone call, responded very promptly to e-mails, and was willing and able to serve us at all hours of the day and night. He was kind and personal and made us feel very comfortable.
