Loess Hills Harley-Davidson

Super experience have friends that have dealt here and loved it. Found a Bike I was interested in and Corey the salesman and Amanda worked and helped to make it mine. Super nice people and Dan the general manager also was great hell they all were. I would recommend this store to anyone with Bike needs. I will now be a customer for service parts and Bikes a super experience and a super place go try it my wife even loved it.

I just want to say how thankful I am for the staff at Loess-Hills Harley Davidson. There hasnt been a time where I hadn’t gone in and someone knew me by name or acknowledged I was there. They truly are thankful to see you; and not just to get you to buy something. Each staff person I have come across or have observed make you feel welcomed regardless of you purchase something or not.

Went to Cycle Trader and found a 2019 Ultra Limited in Scorched Orange. I reached out via the web site and within an hour someone from the dealership contacted me about the bike. They wanted me to come down that night and were willing to stay open for me even with the drive. I decided to go down the next day to look at the bike. When I got there the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few extenuating circumstances that needed to be worked through and they helped me with that. They were not pushy and let me take my time for the numbers to work for me. I went ahead and made the deal and am very happy. I really like working and dealing with great people!

Staff is always courteous and doesn't hover when shopping in the clothing section. If you can't find something, they are helpful. They all have smiles on their faces, and they seem to all be enjoying their jobs and their life! Also Huge thanks to Bobby Clark, Matt Austin and Kurt for an awesome positive retest for riders education! I hate tests and their support and positive attitude helped me to pass the riding portion of the test! It is a valuable resource & best possible way to learn to ride! Thank you for your encouragement and advice! I appreciate it!
