No restroom per se but there is a porto potty.

(October 14, 2020, 5:44 pm)Kirn Park is the former site of Council Bluffs High School which stood at this location from 1875 till 1908. In later years it became Kirn Field where junior and senior high school sports events were held. Today, various sports events are still held in what's now known as Kirn Park. Plus, there's children's playground equipment. It's a very historic and beautiful place.
