I went to the Council Bluffs facility because my RV refrigerator was not working and the code on the front panel said that it could only be fixed by a service rep. Heather was very professional is diagnosing and fixing the problem. She also noticed and notified me of a leak from the water pump. I authorized her to fix that problem too. I am very satisfied with the repairs and would use this vendor again.

We were on our way to Yellowstone and our 5th wheel camper hitch was vibrating loose due to road conditions. We called Central Body Company in Council Bluffs, they told us to bring it by and they would see what they could do to help us. They were friendly over phone and when we got there the service manager personally came out to help us. This is a business you can count on and trust. We would highly recommend.
