Wahl Optical

Wahl Optical is the best optical in town, hands down! Dr. Taylor Neumann is incredibly knowledgeable and provides fantastic customer service. The owner and employees are always so helpful and get to know patients on a personal level so every visit to Wahl Optical is comfortable. There is an outstanding selection of frames that fits not only various styles, but also economic needs and Bob always works out a good deal. Outside of the shop, Wahl Optical gives back so much to the community. Donating and sponsoring numerous programs and organizations, Wahl Optical does so much to keep CB a great place to be.

Very thorough exam. Dr. Neumann and the staff were just fantastic in every way! They’re friendly, courteous and efficient. The owner (Bob) even took the time to introduce himself and make me feel welcomed. I will be back and would definitely recommend.

I recommend Wahl to everyone I know. It feels like the staff actually care and try to work with you to get you what works best for your needs and budget. I had a pair of prescription sunglasses that I had a small wrinkle i was seeing in my peripheral, it turned out to be a logo the lens manufacture puts in the lenses. Wahl took care of it with no complaints and I had my glasses back in a week.

I would also like to note when having an exam here Dr. Neumann does the entire exam, I've been to other places that have a technician take care of part of it and you only see the doctor for a few minutes,. In my opinion that was very impersonal when compared to the exam at Wahl, feels like your concerns have time to be heard.

Hands down the best place around. They treat you like family from the first interaction. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Stop by and take a look for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Bob and staff for all you have done for Council Bluffs/Omaha all these years.

Okay, not only are the doctor and staff incredibly friendly, personable and attentive, their selection of eye glass frames is INSANE!! They have so many quality and stylish brands I actually had to narrow it down, usually I spend a long time trying to find one I can live with. Their frames are cute and trendy, just what I was wanting, something you’d actually WANT to wear. Dr Neumann was professional, knowledgeable and several times throughout the visit made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns about my vision and the health of my eyes. At previous chain places I’ve been to they make small talk about the weather and what I do for a living instead of explaining what they’re doing and how my eyes are doing. I have definitely found my lifelong spot, I will never go anywhere else!
