I don't find myself having to go in often, but when I do I'm blown away by how helpful and engaging everyone is. Even when I'm there to ask some tough questions that might take them some real effort to get answers for, they always go out of their way to get the answers I need quickly. In a sea of bad customer service and support, they are a cut above the rest. If you're in need of a great cellphone, an awesome provider network that covers even the darkest corners of Iowa, and has the customer service support that anyone in the industry should be taking note of, you'd honestly be doing yourself a disservice going anywhere else.
