(July 16, 2020, 9:35 am)It’s hard to put a personal touch on customer service with the current state of the world, but Tina at America’s Best in Council Bluffs made me feel truly special and made sure I wasnt leaving the establishment penniless. And Jose, her other associate, was working just as hard! She is an angel and I’m so very glad I met her.

(March 10, 2020, 1:51 pm)Denise was awesome I went in to get my glasses fitted and she really helped me out listen to my needs and made my glasses fit right she also help me with my eyeglass cases great customer service will definitely be a repeat customer and Tina was awesome too.
