First cut your trailer seal than go to the shipping office.
(January 26, 2023, 7:35 am)Had 8am appointment. Spent night on lot before gate. Checked in 7am was put in holding area. Got door at 8am was empty with paperwork by 9am. Pleasantly surprised for a Menards DC.
(December 21, 2022, 11:20 am)If you Google 5430 Reynolds, this distribution center doesn’t come up. Anyways, large overnight parking outside of the guard gate. They don’t open til 7AM. Showed up at 6:40 and the guard turned me away til 7. LoL. Anyways from when I checked in with the guard, then to the receiving office, backed into a door and out the gate was no more than 2 hours. I must’ve been lucky with what I was delivering given all the horrible reviews about long wait times.
