“This place was really good! What really stood out to me was the unique sweet cinnamon butter spread that they give you with the rolls before your meal. WOW is that stuff good. I had to ask for a second roll just to make sure I got to use all of that spread and none went to waste! I ordered a steak with a loaded baked potato. Steak was pretty good, but that potato was fantastic. I really appreciate how they didn’t skimp me on the butter or other toppings like most other places do, and the potato was soft and properly cooked. Yum!”

“I contacted this company at midnight while my husband was en route to PA with a load of vehicles he was hauling when he caught a flat on the trailer. The gentlemen I worked with was prompt, confirming the 24 hr availability as posted, he did not have the tire we needed immediately available in stock, but said he would have it the following morning. The next morning, as promised on time, he had the tire, showed up to the rest station where our vehicle/trailer was and had the tire changed in minutes. Very professional and excellent customer service! From one small business to another, great job!”

“I have been a member for at least 25 years and I’m becoming frustrated. For one thing, you have taken away most of the cashier assisted checkouts to be self check. If you no longer have to pay the check out clerks, why isn’t this reflected in your prices? Also, you now have reduced products available in the vitamin/supplements area. My daughter has been buying what I need at Costco. How can they stock them and Sams Club can’t. Another complaint is that you seldom put out a sale flyer..another perk lacking. And my biggest peeve is trying to load heavy items into my cart, such as water, water softener salt. One day while I was trying to unload these heavy items out of my cart into my car, I observed a perfectly healthy man walking with a Sams employee to his car. SHE was probably in her 20’s and pushing HIS flat cart. This man, if I could call him that, opened his trunk and let this young girl unload his cart while he stood there like a KING! And he was probably around 40. Meanwhile, I’m over 70 trying to unload 40 lb. bags of salt into my car alone. Do you see anything wrong with this picture!”
