I recently called the Store to check on an item that I found on their website and the employee I spoke with was very helpful. He actually went back to the men’s department, located the item and offered to hold it for me until I could drive to the Store to pick it up. The item I wanted was a Marc Anthony vest and I was concerned that the size I wanted would be sold out. Kohl’s also has a very convenient Amazon return area where you can return items that were purchased on Amazon. The Store returns the items for you and every time we have utilized the service we were given a 25 percent coupon that could be used for Kohl’s merchandise. Great marketing tool...”
