“Vital Signs did a wonderful job on the signs at Big Kel’s Pizza & Wings. They finished ahead of schedule and we’re 25% cheaper than the big Omaha sign company who was 12 weeks out. I had difficulty paying Vital Signs after the sign was completed due to the pandemic for over 6 months. Fast forward to August 2021, we had paid Vital Signs for the Big Kel’s Pizza & Wings sign and everything was fine. One of my other restaurants named Caddy’s Kitchen & Cocktails had a leaky pipe behind our “CADDY’S” sign because the Omaha sign company drilled a screw directly into a water pipe. The pipe has been leaking for 3 years. When I called the Omaha sign company they refused to help me repair it because I used Vital Signs! I called Olivia at Vital Signs and she said they would be happy to help me. Rob (the owner) and his crew came and removed the sign in about an hour and we fixed the pipe the Omaha sign company messed up. They are making some electric upgrades to the sign while it’s down so we can incorporate it into our themed events. In short Vital Signs is the company you want to use for your signage needs!!! “I've bought two cars from this place so far. A 1992 Nissan pathfinder and a 2004 kia optima. The people that run the place seem pretty good and I've never had a problem with them. They have a big variety of cars and most are in pretty good shape. As with any used car lot always have your vehicle checked out by a mechanic first to make sure you getting a good car since all of these cars come from dealership auctions. So getting a carfax first is worth it. I'm a previous mechanic and i looked over both of my cars before i bought them and have never had a issue with them.”

The gentlemen I worked with was prompt, confirming the 24 hr availability as posted, he did not have the tire we needed immediately available in stock, but said he would have it the following morning. The next morning, as promised on time, he had the tire, showed up to the rest station where our vehicle/trailer was and had the tire changed in minutes. “I have been a member for at least 25 years and I’m becoming frustrated. For one thing, you have taken away most of the cashier assisted checkouts to be self check. If you no longer have to pay the check out clerks, why isn’t this reflected in your prices? Also, you now have reduced products available in the vitamin/supplements area. My daughter has been buying what I need at Costco. How can they stock them and Sams Club can’t. Another complaint is that you seldom put out a sale flyer..another perk lacking. And my biggest peeve is trying to load heavy items into my cart, such as water, water softener salt. One day while I was trying to unload these heavy items out of my cart into my car, I observed a perfectly healthy man walking with a Sams employee to his car. SHE was probably in her 20’s and pushing HIS flat cart. This man, if I could call him that, opened his trunk and let this young girl unload his cart while he stood there like a KING! And he was probably around 40. Meanwhile, I’m over 70 trying to unload 40 lb. bags of salt into my car alone. Do you see anything wrong with this picture!”
