I truly enjoyed the times that I had to stop by my storage and she would come out and say hello and ask me how things are going. Her smile and energy is infectious! The property is always kept clean and somehow smells good too!
(September 18, 2020, 10:49 am)I relocated my business cross country to Frisco. I have found excellent contactless storage with Cube Smart and especially at the Stonebrook Pkwy location. I have had seamless delivery to my storage unit when I was not available and they always send an email to notify me . The General Manager Kristen and the front office team have always been polite and willing to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Always professional and they will go out of their way just to say hi or acknowledge you when you stop by to access your space. Some of the friendliest and most courteous folks you'll ever deal with. (August 5, 2020, 3:51 pm)First of all let me say that Kristen is absolutely an Angel. When our movers ended up showing up to our place 6 hours late, she stayed up until 3 am to make sure we were able to get into the facility. She went SO FAR above and beyond for us that I would leave a ten star review if I could. I’m not someone who ever leaves reviews but she was so incredible that I absolutely had to. This place and their staff are amazing!!!

You could tell he genuinely wanted to help get the washer repaired, but when it just wouldn't work, he ensured he would get a hold of our warranty company and make sure we got a new one. Would recommend these guys, for sure!
(April 17, 2019, 9:06 am)Same as when I needed an appliance fix last year, these guys are the best of the best!! They were here when they said they would be and got my old stove working again. They are very knowledgeable of various types and brands of appliances and the politest guys I have ever had in my house when needing repairs!! I will NEVER use anyone else!! Thank you very much!! (April 17, 2019, 6:13 am)When my child used my stove as a climbing apparatus and busted the knob off I called 2 Bald Guys to repair it. It turned out to be more of an issue than we originally thought. But they got the parts ordered right away and got it fixed for us. We will definitely use them again for future appliance repairs!
