(April 1, 2021, 10:34 am)Lakepoint Of Augusta is a great place for your loved one. My grandmother is there currently and gets excellent care. She has behaviors, can be difficult and they deal with her amazingly. She enjoys it there. They thrive for resident's choices and involve the residents and families in their care plans. I wouldn't want her anywhere else. The staff are like my own family and I trust them 100% even through COVID. Also, when they had a COVID outbreak at the facility, they were able to keep my grandmother COVID free and we are very thankful for that. They are heros in my book. Thank you Lakepoint for taking care of my grandma.
