I a very happy with the decision of the Library to finally fire Miss J. This Librarian who used to give classes to children was a bully towards children and parents. Instead of just reading and singing songs to kids she had very strict rules towards them, she was constantly scalding them, giving parents and children the ` look` and going to such lengths as to hide and take toys from kids. She was way over her head with power, she did lots of things to punish parents and kids who didn t gave her the importance she believed she had. She was very vengeful. Lots of parents like me stopped going to classes and only go there because we re from the area and kids can play along. I am know going to fully support Andover Public LIbrary. This will greatly improve the Library and give way to talented young ladies.

Nice clean facility. Meeting room was pleasant.

Their passport service is quick and friendly. They fit us in at the end of the day.
The computer lab is great is you need to quickly print a couple things. They have books, too!

Best library ever! Children can play with blocks, a playhouse, take a class or work on a computer. Patrons can get their passports, read in easy chairs and work on computers. Excellent selection of audio books and movies. Users can even check out cake pans. Very innovative library.
