Kristi at True Compass was so incredibly helpful in helping my son choose a direction/path of concentration. She not only showed him is strengths but helped him to understand where his possible passions could be. She gave us several directions to concentrate out efforts. We entered her office a little defeated and left with a clear cut positive direction. SO VALUABLE!

Highlands True Compass has been a pleasure to work with. I had no idea what kind of careers were out there and they helped me discover my passions and values through a multitude of different types of tests. My debrief was with Kristi Windish and she was absolutely amazing! She put so much time and effort into helping me find what kind of careers best fit me. She gave me so many resources that helped me become more familiar with jobs. She was so kind and it was very easy to talk to her. I highly recommend True Compass to anyone that needs a little reassurance or has no idea on what they want to do for a future career.

This is an amazing service. My college aged child was unsure if their major and direction. After doing the assessments and 2 hour meeting to review, she is more confident in her direction. We left with a large binder explaining strengths and weaknesses (this will help with her resume and interviews!) And pages and pages of suggested pathes with linked careers, if she logs into the website each of these careers has a hyperlink with a detailed explanation of education needed, anticipated salary and how in demand the job will be! I will be signing my high schooler up prior to junior year.
