The service I received from E-Lite Tours and Charter was exceptional. Jessica provided a fair and accurate quote. The trip details were precisely as we outlined. I had a wonderful experience with E-Lite from beginning to the end. Getting quotes and working with available options was fast, easy and friendly. This is especially true because I was on a short time frame and didn't have to stress waiting for responses. The day of the event our bus driver, Jeff Jr., was one of the kindest guys I've ever met. He was very flexible with our needs for the day by changing some loading times because of approaching storms and helping out when we had other (non-E-Lite) vehicle problems. I was using them for a school trip and the were very understanding and easy to work with on the payment side of things as well. I would definitely recommend them for trips.

Elite Tours gave us the most wonderful week. Our travels took us to The Ark Encounter and The Creation Museum in Kentucky. Jeff, our bus driver was amazing! Jeff has a servants heart and went above and beyond for a true success. The "Bus riders" as we are calling ourselves will have many many memories that will last forever.
