Solid local business, easy to do work with. Took my pistol in for repairs. Easy to drop off, lots of communication, and was returned back to me in a timely fashion. Owners are nice, accommodating and considerate of their customers. I will continue to do business with this local establishment and I highly recommend that you do as well.

Have received perfect and fast service for purchased items in the shop and perfect transferring of over 12 firearms! Price very reasonable and probably lowest in the area. Amanda is very professional and packed with firearms knowledge!! Highly recommend this shop for firearms support and needs.

Far and away the best, friendliest, most knowledgeable gun store in any state I’ve been to and I travel for work. I wish every person into firearms would take a trip to Robs. I have gone to every gun store in Wichita. I’ve been going here since I turned 21. My first trip in, I had made the mistake of buying a gun elsewhere and I needed cleaning supplies. I had no idea how to clean it or what I needed. Rob, the guy with the long beard, spent 30 minutes with me as the store was empty showing me not only what I needed, but how to use the products and what to clean. I think my first trip I only spent like $20 but he remembered me the next time I came in. I will be a Robs Guntech fan as long as I live in this state. They have fostered my gun hobby into a passion and I’m very great full to them all. Rob, Amanda, and Cleetus are all fantastic. In 3 year I have gone from just having a Ruger Security 9, to a collection of unique and diverse collection mostly acquired here. I have never paid more here for anything than any other store I have been to, or online. For me, it’s not even about supporting local businesses, (although it is an added bonus) these guys are literally just the best in the business. At this point I trust them completely to charge me a fair and honest price on any item in their store and their expertise and time has made it so that even if I was charged more I wouldn’t care even slightly. The selection has been great even with COVID and honestly I go in to hangout at this store and just soak up knowledge. If you haven’t been here, IT IS WORTH A SPECIAL TRIP. You need not waste your time at any other gun store in the surrounding area until you’ve come here. They also have a Facebook page that’s constantly updated with the cool stuff they get in. I have consigned many guns here as well as traded, purchased, and ordered guns. There is no shop that will treat you better. These guys have left a serious impression on my friends and I and I’ve seen how they interact with others and they treat them all the same as they treat us. Absolutely blown away by this shop. Literally could not recommend this place any higher but would if I could. Please come out and take a look, it’s worth your time.

got a lead on a S&W 500 and called this shop. Amanda answered and was extremely pleasant and helpful. She text'd me photos of the gun and i called back to buy it. The transaction was smooth, communication was excellent, and the firearm arrived at my FFL without issue. Thank you so much for an excellent buying experience. Amanda and Robert are wonderful businesspeople and i look forward to doing business with them again soon.
