The units have been getting modern updates and ate looking pretty good. The neighbor hood has become more friendly over last couple years. Over all it has become a more pleasant place to live than just a few years ago. Well kept grounds and fairly prompt and reasonable management not to bad of rental pricing by comparison to other places in town with same amenities

I haven't lived here very long but my place has been remodeled has vault ceiling one bdrm property is clean well maintained nice landlord.

I have been very pleased with my mom moving in to one of these small places. Its been newly remodeled. Art, the property manager is very nice. He doesn't try rushing you into anything. Very friendly guy.

The new owner is really working hard to update the place. She runs it with a stern hand and a sweet heart. She knows how to get the job done. And she gets right in there to get her hands dirty with the rest of them.
