Traditions Home
(May 6, 2017, 6:31 pm)Not a walk in the park and not for the weak of heart, it is a Wildlife area. I was there in May of 2017 after a week of rain. The river was up and so the waterflow was dangerous for even adults. The path to the river was overgrown with poison ivy. Still, I enjoyed the walk with my dog, spotting wildflowers on the way and catching fleeting glances of deer. Had to steer clear of dead carp that escaped from a pond, who didn't make it all the way to the the river and freedom.
